I had no battery issues with 11.4, after upgrading to 11.4.1, my battery will drain from 100% to below 30% over the course of 4 hours doing nothing but sitting on the desk, no phone calls, no browsing. iTunes is included on your Mac, and provides you with access to your entire music library, along with videos, TV shows and movies you've purchased from the iTunes Store. For some it has for me the OPPOSITE HAS HAPPENED. Many folks reported severe battery drain with 11.4, which the new release 11.4.1 was supposed to address.
